I got the data label visualStyles json from. I am trying to get around this by setting a secondary font with a custom theme file but I cannot seem to get the fonts from the theme.json file to stick for the data labels. It is shipped with some Microsoft software. on Mac, I expect theyll default to one of Lucida Grande or. The font in question is Consolas and is only being used in some data labels on certain visuals. I understand this is because the font is not supported on Mac and have no issues there. The Segoe UI font is not built into a browser. The Segoe UI font family is not installed by Apple on MacOS nor does Microsoft install it with Microsoft Office. Actual results: The fonts had changed from Arial to Segoe UI for certain buttons. It is most likely not available on a Mac, though it can be purchased separately or as part of some software package. Some of the software used in it comes from Microsoft. The font used for the Segoe UI does not work with the browser. I noticed that some fonts are showing up as Times New Roman when viewed in the service on Mac after publishing from windows. The Segoe UI font can also be bolded or italicized using the font-weight and font-style properties, respectively. If you want apple glyphs, you’ll need to set system font to Apple’s system font, whatever that is. Segoe Ui Font is the regular typeface that is available here in the TTF file format and mostly. Windows uses Segoe as its system font and this you get Segoe version of the glyphs. I do report development on a windows vm but my primary device is a Mac. Each software vendor implements support by adding glyphs to their fonts for this code.
